Once you activate your subscription, you'll get access to a design queue where you can request as many tasks as you want—those tasks are then worked through one by one.
You can add tasks to your design queue using our brief template. The more details included in the brief, the more accurate your design.
Absolutely! Perhaps you only have one or two design tasks at the moment and not enough work to fill an entire month. If that’s the case, you can get in contact and request a subscription pause. Billing cycles are based on 1 or 3-month periods. For example if you sign up for 1 month and use the service for 20 days, then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be paused, and you'll have 11 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future. When you're ready to resume, let us know and we’ll reactivate your subscription.
No problem! Our subscription includes unlimited revisions to any design task. If you’re not happy with a task, we'll continue to revise it until you're 100% satisfied.
That's totally fine. You can pause your subscription when the task is finished and re-activate it when you have additional tasks ready. No need to waste the remainder of your subscription.
No problem! We offer a free introduction call where we learn more about your design needs and map out tasks to meet your goals. If, at any point throughout your subscription, you’d like to brainstorm, just add a task titled strategy chat, and we’ll arrange a time to meet.

More involved requests are often broken down into multiple tasks, for example, branding projects follow our visual identity process, where we work with you, tailoring the tasks included to suit your needs.

No. When working with creative agencies or freelancers, it is common to be charged a fee if you want original design files. We design mostly in Figma and Adobe Suite and happily provide our working files free of charge.
Yes. Our subscription covers a wide range of strategy, brand, print and digital design tasks; however, if your project needs extend beyond these, for example, into copywriting, digital development or photography, we can curate a shortlist of freelance talent and quotes for review. The freelancers we work with are part of our extended studio network and allow us to create a custom project team.
Hiring is always an option; however, the annual cost of a full-time senior designer ranges from $75,000 to well over $100,000AUD. In addition, if you don’t always have enough work to keep them busy year-round, you're left paying for time you can’t utilise. With our service, you’re able to pause and resume your subscription as often as you need and don’t have the commitment and expenses of hiring.
